Operational Services and Solutions - Improvement of Inventory Accuracy

The client engaged us to resolve persistent inventory discrepancies in their manufacturing warehouse despite investments of time, money, and effort. We were tasked to enhance inventory accuracy from 68% to 99.99%, and ultimately to 100%.

Our services included streamlining internal processes, establishing control checkpoints from Receiving, Location Put-Away, Picking, and Outgoing processes, and implementing reconciliation reporting, KPIs, control procedures, cycle count methodologies, audit and staff training. We also incorporated a customized inventory control system to complement the client’s existing ERP system. As of August 15, 2024, within three months, inventory accuracy has reached 80.8%. We are continuing to work towards achieving 100% accuracy as committed to the customer.

Bag Manufacturing Management System

In response to the request for a customized management system for one of the prominent bag manufacturer in Malaysia, our team have developed a comprehensive solution for them that seamlessly integrates every stages, from raw material procurement and sales order creation to production floor processing, inventory control management, and order fulfilment.

Trucking Delivery Management System

Our client approached us with a concept to have a proof of delivery to track the delivery on time and to the right recipients without the need to call the driver to know the status of delivery. This software featuring an electronic proof of delivery app, a mobile solution for real-time driver performance monitoring and delivery confirmation. Additionally, it offers detailed analytics and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making, enhance efficiency, and lower operational expenses

Chinese Temple Management System

In an effort to modernize and optimize the operations of a traditional Chinese temple, we were approached to create a customized management system that harmoniously integrates cultural preservation with contemporary efficiency. The Chinese Temple Management System consolidates essential temple administration tasks, such as tracking Donor Memberships, Longevity Lamp registration and renewal, managing of Ancestral Memorial Tablet, generating service receipts, and maintaining detailed records and reporting. By digitizing these processes, the temple organization can operate more efficiently to prioritize community service and cultural heritage preservation
